Since 1995, Mr. Scholz has solved problems in energy, technology, healthcare billing industries (for companies like Microsoft, Mobil, ExxonMobil, Shell, etc.)

These projects have included:

• Designing then deploying a Role Based Access system to control security and change management for a newly-designed standard data structure and oracle databases.
• Standardized application distribution methods, included documentation and training on those processes.
• Leading deployment teams and application distribution teams.
• Certifying standardized hardware for use within highly secure upstream environments
• Managing teams to support IT and telephony infrastructure for >2000 users at >15 sites.
• Designed Active Directory consolidation and Exchange email system migrations.
• Integrated and secured infrastructure from acquisitions.

• Deploying PC and Mac hardware (including networking, WiFi, printing, and scanning solutions)​
  
• Designing basic and e-commerce websites and building a workflow for scanning then publishing thousands of historical documents to the web.
